This
is also “Irony of Politics” or better to say “Irony of Opportunistic Politics”
that for not fulfilling of Aveek Sarkar (Proprietor of ABP-Group) ‘s personal
interest he and his ABP-Group is desperate to take revenge against Mamata
Banerjee & Trinamool Congress (TMC) and doing totally Yellow journalism.
But thanks to people of Bengal for rejecting ABP made CPM – Congress alliance to
give a fitting reply to this Media and real state Barron Aveek Sarkar.
Similarly
people of Bengal also rejecting BJP’s item number politics as their actress
leaders Rupa Ganguly & Locket Chatterjee were became over aggressive and
even abused, slapped opposition workers and common public.
Earlier
in this blog I have written about another “Irony of politics: Rahul Gandhi of

Now coming
back to ABP & Aveek Sarkar issue there are several reason for Mr. Sarkar where
his personal interest was turned down by Mamata Banerjee to serve greater
interest of public.
The ABP group owner wanted to play with the big boys of industry
in Bengal but Mamata Banerjee has refused to play ball from day one. Even in
matters which he had assumed were a cakewalk, he found himself stumped by her
unflinching refusal to bend the rules. Her claims of coming in the way of his
dreams of business glory and thwarting his attempt to play Narad or principal
advisor to the government do tend to ring true if one goes back to the history
of his clashes with the TMC-led government.
The now most vitriolic critic of the TMC government, Aveek
Sarkar, had hoped to persuade the Mamata Banerjee Government to allow him to
make a windfall profit of Rs. 500 crore, from a prime piece of land
measuring more than 3 acres on E.M Bypass, which he had been leased by
Kolkata municipal corporation for a measly Rs. 3 crore, for media-related
activities. But instead of media activities, ABP had later sought permission
from the TMC-controlled Kolkata Municipal Corporation for commercial activities
such as real estate development. This media baron has a long track-record of
arm-twisting Bengal’s Government for favors. And when denied, he retaliates.
This was evident during CPI(M) rule as well.

In a political
rally the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee categorically named Mr. Sarkar, the
owner of the city-based Ananda Bazar Patrika group, and his group for the first
time in a public rally.
“Go tell
ABP that they are the most destructive element in Bengal. They are conspiring
against us because they asked me to forcefully acquire land from farmers. They
wanted me to remove urban land ceiling. I cannot do that,” Ms. Banerjee said,
accusing Mr. Sarkar of hatching a conspiracy against her government.
In another
incident Bengal’s public was shocked to see Rupa (Roopa) Ganguly is slapping a
woman on Election Day
BJP leader Rupa Ganguly, infamous for
her behavior, has been caught on camera slapping a Trinamool Congress worker
outside a polling booth in Howrah. Earlier also in South 24 Parganas she
manhandled a fellow BJP worker. In fact she is trying to create drama to gain
media attention and to create violence. Her colleague another BJP’s actress
politician Locket Chatterjee also doing same things with little less intensity.
But citizens of West Bengal are aware of
these things and rejecting these item numbers of politics.

রাজ্যের ওয়াকিবহল মহলের বড় অংশের অভিযোগ অনুসারে ক্ষুধার্ত অভীক সরকারের বিচিত্র সব খিদে যা মেটাতে মমতা ব্যানার্জী অপারগ ছিলেন এই পাঁচ বছরে ( এ বি পি মিডিয়ার একাংশর বক্তব্যে যার সত্যতার আভাস মেলে) ......
১. আমরি কাণ্ডের পর অভীক সরকারের ঘনিষ্ঠ বন্ধু আমরি হাসপতালের শিল্পপতি ডিরেক্টারদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যাবস্থা না নেওয়ার বায়না....
২. রয়াল ক্যালকাটা গলফ ক্লাবের ফাঁকা জমিতে কর্পোরেট সংস্থার (যার মালিকানা বকলমে সরকার পরিবারের কাছেই আছে বলে সুত্র মারফৎ জানা গেছে) সাথে যৌথ মালিকানায় ফাইভ স্টার হোটেল নির্মাণে অনুমতি দিতে হবে ....
৩. রয়াল গলফ ক্লাবের ক্যাপ্টেন হিসেবে নিজের প্রভাব প্রতিপত্তি প্রমান করার জন্য ক্লাবের বকেয়া ৬ কোটি টাকা কর না দেওয়ার আব্দার রাখতে হবে....
৪. রিয়েল এস্টেট ব্যাবসায় পেছনের দরজা দিয়ে বিনিয়োগ করার জন্য শহরাঞ্চলে জমির উর্ধ্বসীমা আইন তুলে দেওয়ার বায়না .....
৫. বাম জমানায় জলের দরে মাত্র ৩ কোটি টাকায় বাইপাসের ধারে মিডিয়া সংক্রান্ত প্রকল্প করার কথা বলে ৩.২ একর জমি নেয় এ বি পি গোষ্ঠী যার বর্তমান বাজার দর ২০০ কোটি টাকা। ১০ বছর ফেলে রেখে সেই জমিতে রিয়েল এস্টেট এর ব্যাবসা করবে বলে রাজ্য সরকারের কাছে বায়না শুরু করে। মমতা রাজী হয় নিই কারন জমিটা দেওয়া হয়েছিলো আনন্দবাজারের মিডিয়া সংক্রান্ত কাজের জন্য,কোনো কমার্শিয়াল প্রজেক্টের জন্য নয়। স্বাভাবিক কারনেই ব্যাবসায়ী অভীক সরকার ক্ষেপে লাল।
৬. ক্ষুব্ধ এ বি পি গোষ্ঠী হাইকোর্টে মামলা করে যে কে এম সি গায়ের জোরে তাদের ঐ জমি থেকে উচ্ছেদ করতে চাইছে, কিন্তু এই বক্তব্যের প্রমাণে কোনো উপযুক্ত তথ্য পেশ করতে পারে নিই আদালতে আনন্দবাজার গোষ্ঠী..!! বিরক্ত মহামান্য বিচারপতি আদালতের সময় নষ্ট করার জন্য এ বি পি গোষ্ঠীকে ৫১ হাজার টাকা জরিমানা করে।
৭. এবার পাল্টা মামলা করে কে এম সি হাইকোর্টে মহামান্য বিচারপতির কাছে ঐ জমি ফেরত চেয়ে আবেদন করেন I চুক্তি পত্র অনুযায়ী ঐ জমিতে অন্য কোনো কমার্শিয়াল কাজকর্ম করা যাবে না, তাই কে এম সি চুক্তিপত্র লঙ্ঘন করে এতদিন জমি ফেলে রাখার জন্য এবং মিডিয়া বহির্ভুত কমার্শিয়াল কাজে জমি ব্যাবহার করার জন্য আনন্দবাজার গোষ্ঠীর কাছ থেকে জমি ফিরিয়ে নেওয়ার আবেদন করে হাইকোর্টে মামলা করে। মামলার শুনানী চলছে।
৮. যে এ বি পি তাদের নিউজ মিডিয়ায় জলাশয় বোজানো নিয়ে এত জ্ঞানগর্ভ ভাষন দেয় তাদের বিরুদ্ধে গুরুতর অভিযোগ তারা নাকি ঐ জমির মধ্যে ১৫ কাঠার একটি বিরাট জলাশয় ভরাট করে ফেলেছে, এবং সেটা কে এম সি জানতে পেরে বাধা দিয়েছে.... গোসা হওয়া স্বাভাবিক...
অভীক সরকারের এই সর্বগ্রাসী খিদেগুলির মধ্যে কোনটার অভিযোগ তুলেছেন উত্তরাখন্ডের প্রাক্তন প্রধান বিচারপতি, কোনটার অভিযোগ তুলেছেন বিভিন্ন সংবাদ মাধ্যম , কোনটার অভিযোগ তুলেছেন রাজনৈতিক নেতারা ....
এই ব্লগ বা লেখক ব্যাক্তিগতভাবে এই সব অভিযোগের সত্যতা যাচাই করেন নিই, কিন্তু উত্তরাখন্ডের প্রাক্তন বিচারপতির রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জীকে লেখা চিঠি দেখে এই অভিযোগ গুলির সত্যতা সম্পর্কে রাজ্যের বড় অংশের মানুষ বিশ্বাস করতে শুরু করেছেন যে অভীক সরকার তার অবৈধ এবং বেআইনী কার্যকলাপের বিরুদ্ধে মমতা ব্যানার্জির প্রতিরোধের প্রতিহিংসায় আজ বেলাগাম হয়ে মমতা ব্যানার্জির বিরুদ্ধে কুৎসা আর অপপ্রচারের রাস্তায় নেমেছেন তার নিউজ মিডিয়া গুলিকে হাতিয়ার করে।
আরও অভিযোগ উঠছে যে তার মমতা ব্যানার্জীকে ব্ল্যাকমেল করার সব রকম চেষ্টা ব্যার্থ হওয়ার পর তিনি হাল ছেড়ে দিয়ে অন্য রাস্তা ধরেন এবং পুরোনো বন্ধু টাটা বাবু এবং বুদ্ধ বাবুর মধ্যস্ততায় ১০ জনপথের সাথে এ কে গোপালন ভবনের মিলন ঘটাতে অন্যতম মুখ্য ভুমিকা নেন ...!! শোনা যাচ্ছে যার অন্যতম শর্ত অবশ্যই তার পাঁচ বছরের বুভুক্ষ উদরের জ্বালা পূরন...!!
হয়ত তাই অত্যন্ত দ্রুততার সাথে শর্ত পূরণের প্রথম ধাপ মেনে কংগ্রেস ঘোষনা করেছে তারা ক্ষমতায় আসলে শহরাঞ্চলে জমির উর্ধ্বসীমা তুলে দেবেন....!! নিন্দুকেরা বলছেন আর বাকী শর্ত গুলি অবশ্যই গোপনে মানতে হবে জোটের কুশীলবদের, নইলে যে বিরোধী দলের মর্যাদাও জুটবে না অভীকের সাধের জোটের....!!
তবে রাজনৈতিক মহলের বড় অংশের ধারনা মমতা হুলে বিদ্ধ অভীকের এবারেও পতন অনিবার্য .... তারা অনেকটা বিদ্রুপের সুরে বলছেন মমতা হাওয়ায় অভীক সরকারের সাধের জোটের এমন বেহাল অবস্থা যে সাহস করে তার ঘরের মিডিয়াতেও জোর গলায় বলতে পারছেন না জোট জিতছে .... বরং পাচন গেলার মত করে মমতার দলকে অনেক এগিয়ে রেখে ১৭৮ টি আসন দিতে হচ্ছে তাকে ........
এ বি পি মালিকের বিরুদ্ধে ক্ষুব্ধ রাজ্যের সাধারন মানুষের বড় অংশ বলছেন “পাপ বাপকেও ছাড়ে না , অভীক সরকারের নিজের বংশবদদের দিয়েই তার সাধের জোটের শেষের শুরুর ঘোষনা করতে হোলো.... এবার খোদ অভীক সরকারের পালা”....দৃশ্যতই তাদের চোখে মুখে এক রাশ ঘৃনা দেখতে পাচ্ছিলাম....
