Dear friends with the support & blessing of all of you this Blog page has crossed 40,000 viewership marks in just little over a year & made a history that it is first anti communist blog by a common man from a communist ruling state to achieve this 40K marks & thus participate in removing communist rule form Bengal.

Also let me share that apart from celebrity person’s blog or any company/institution’s Blog this “Ma Mati Manush” is now India’s no.1 common man’s Blog page.

I have checked lots of communist leader’s & there sympathizer’s Blogs but all those are around 6000 to 8000 or below this mark, in spite of being much much older blog.

I am also thankful to Derek Sir (Mr. Derek O'Brien ) for his inspiration and guidance by tweeter.. Also let me remind all viewers that he is one of the main pillars of this remarkable success of Trinamool congress!!

It shows his greatness and politeness along with his effectiveness by which “TMC” emerged as a winner. Thank you once again Derek Sir!!

ON June 16  Latin American countries like Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay are interested in investing in West Bengal’s tourism, information technology, and food processing industries, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said Saturday 16^th June’12.

“They are interested in tourism, IT, and food processing industries. We are happy to hear that they will invest in West Bengal,” Banerjee told media persons after a meeting with the ambassadors of these countries at the state secretariat here.

The chief minister said these countries would organize a food and cultural festival in Kolkata in November this year.

The chief minister also looking for cultural tourism through  Shah Rukh, Hillary.

The Chief Minister told reporters that she had proposed US involvement in 'cultural tourism' taking along the Hollywood, Bollywood and Tollywood film industries.

"I gave the proposal after Ms Clinton mentioned about Shah Rukh Khan and said the film star had a big fan club in the US," Ms Banerjee said.

She, however, did not elaborate on her plan of putting in place cultural tourism.

The Bollywood badshah had agreed to be the brand ambassador of West Bengal following a request by Ms Banerjee, who pledges to rejuvenate the state and put it back on track in all spheres.

The Bengal film industry of Tollygunge is also considered dear to the chief minister's heart with several film stars and directors being close to her. (UNI)

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday announced a roadmap for the development of Sagar Island, where Gangasagar Mela is held, and the Sunderbans, saying one of the projects would be the setting up of a deep sea port.

She said that tourism and other state government departments were working for the development of the area. "I am happy to see that development is already taking place".

Mamata Banerjee wrote in her facebook page about this:  "I appeal to all Indian citizens and of course, the young generation of India, to raise their voices and be counted to fight against corruption, back-room deal making, Machiavellian manipulations and machinations."

Didi you are 100%  correct that “Machiavellian manipulation” politics is going on in our country… We know you are the victim of those dirty conspiracies… But you have shown that still if anyone wants he/she can do politics for peoples… That’s what you are doing fighting for “Ma Mati Manush” of not only Bengal but also for total India.

A short note about Machavelli & his theory about politics:

'Municipal election in West Bengal in 2012' result shows Trinamool Congress has enough strength to rule West Bengal alone... As result proves TMC alone defeated CPIM + Congress + BJP alliance in Bengal!!

It’s a huge victory for Trinamool Congress in civic poll election in West Bengal as in a all corner fight (TMC Vs CPM plus Cong plus BJP) it get success in 4 municipalities out of 6 and CPM & Cong get one each only!!

Trinamool Congress today said the poll results have demonstrated that the party has enough strength to rule the state alone.

Trinamool Congress has reached 72 seats from 19 it held earlier in the total 129 seats over the six municipal bodies spread over the state & the Left Front's share has come down to 38 from 79 seats."

The details result:

Durgapur: 43 wards

TMC – 29; Left – 11; Congress -1; Others- 2

Panskura: 17 ward

TMC – 12; Left – 5; Congress-0; Others- 0

Dhupguri: 16 wards

TMC – 11; Left – 4; Congress– 0; Others- 1

Haldia: 26 ward

TMC – 11; Left – 15; Congress -0; Others- 0

Cooper’s Camp: 12 wards

Result shows the Mamata magic remains intact a year after she powered a historic victory against the Left in West Bengal and became the state's Chief Minister. Her Trinamool Congress has won four of the six civic bodies.

       "It has been proved by the results of these elections that the Trinamool Congress has enough strength to rule Bengal alone," the party all-India general secretary Mukul Roy told a press conference after winning four of the six municipal bodies which went to polls on June 3.

      Though allies in the central and state governments, Trinamool and Congress contested the civic elections separately.

Mr. Mukul Roy today also said "It has been established that in Bengal, Trinamool can fight and win elections alone. We fought against CPI(M), Congress, BJP and the Maoists,".

"The results have shown that not only CPI(M), but there are some other parties which are going to be insignificant in Bengal politics," Roy added.
"The results of the civic polls have proved that the people are with Trinamool Congress and again they have shown confidence in the leadership of Mamata Banerjee," he claimed.
On Congress retaining the Cooper's Camp civic body in Nadia district, he said it was a "stray happening" and is "not significant".

        Regarding Haldia Trinamool secretary-general Partha Chatterjee said, "Earlier we had seven seats when we were in alliance with the Congress; this time we have won 11 seats by going it alone."

The polls to six civic bodies were the first major local elections after the 2011 Assembly polls when Trinamool Congress had stormed to power ending the Left Front's 34-year rule in West Bengal.

Trinamool won in Left citadel Dhupguri, Panskura and Nalhati and in the industrial township of Durgapur. Left Front retained the Haldia municipality, while the Cooper's Camp civic body was retained by Congress.

The Trinamool has won the four municipalities of Durgapur, Panskura, Nalhati and Dhupguri.

The Trinamool snatched the Dhupguri municipality in the Jalpaiguri district in the north from the Left. This is a major gain for Ms Banerjee's party since the Left retained  the Dhupguri assembly seat last year despite losing the state.

The Trinamool also won Burdwan district's Durgapur Municipal Corporation, which the Left Front has lost for the first time in 15 years.

Ms Banerjee's party retained the Panskura municipality in East Midnapore district, and it triumphed in the Nalhati municipality in the Birbhum district. Embarrassing the Congress since Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee's son, Abhijit, had campaigned here.

All those result clearly shows that Bengal has full faith in Mamatadidi and her party.

After Sushanta Ghosh now Lakshman Seth, another killer leader of CPIM is on run... But question is how long their Sardar (chief) Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee & Biman Bose will not be caught??

Once again the killer face of CPIM is came in front after the former lord of all he surveyed in Haldia, CPIM's former party MP Lakshman Seth, now on the run. The CID in West Bengal filed a chargesheet before Calcutta High Court on Monday the 30^th Jan’12, naming Seth among 88 people, wanted in connection with the disappearance of six people in Nov’2007. The CID had arrested 13, while others, including Seth were said to be absconding.

The chargesheet has the eyewitness reports of 138 people, say sources. Among the top CPM leaders named are Asoke Guria, Asoke Bera, Himangshu Das, Bijoy Ray, Amiya Sahu, Prajapati Das, Rabiul Hussain, Sambhu Maiti, Satyaranjan Makar, Sk Rabiul. They have been named absconders. Of the 88 named, only 13 have been arrested.

The killings took place in the second phase of the Nandigram violence which started on November 6, 2007, with CPM cadres launching an attack from the Khejuri end. Abu Taher, convenor of BUPC, told that they are happy that the "killer CPM leaders would face trial".

The alleged victims - Balaram Singha, Bhagirath Maiti, Satyendra Gole, Aditya Kumar Bera, Narayan Das and Subal Maji - went missing from a BUPC rally on November 7. The missing persons' wives filed a habeas corpus petition in high court in September last year. The court asked CID to trace the missing persons. In its preliminary report, CID informed the court that all six were murdered and their bodies dumped in Haldi river.

In its 210-page chargesheet that was submitted to the ACJM Haldia court on Monday, the CID has named 88 people. Amiya Shau, former CPM MLA from Panskura, Ashoke Guria, Himansu Das, Bijon Roy, members of the CPIM district committee of East Midnapore are booked in the chargesheet filed by the CID. The two prominent leaders of West Midnapore —Tapan Ghosh and Sukur Ali — are also named in the chargesheet. The CID filed the chargesheet under Section 302 and 120B (criminal conspiracy) and several others Sections of the IPC.

A total of 13 accused linked to the CPM are in custody now. The other 75 accused are shown as “absconders.” During the renewed violence in the Nandigram, the Bhumi Uched Pratirodh Committee ( BUPC) had organised a rally on November 7, 2007, and the rally had been allegedly attacked by the armed goons of the CPIM. Seven villagers had been abducted from the rally and the police failed to trace them.

Critical to the investigation is a general diary entry(GDE) on November 8, 2007 by none other than Nandigram OC,detailing who’d ordered police to remove the picket on Tekhali bridge just two days before a CPM-led “recapture” bid that left nine persons dead and 15 injured and exposed the involvement of the police top brass in the incident. OC Champak Roy Chowdhury had to pay the price for the “insubordination” and he was transferred to Lalgargh as a sub-inspector 15 days after filing the GDE.

The GDE makes it clear that the order to remove the police picket----manning thecrucial bridge between the CPM stronghold of Khejuri  and BUPC-controlled Nandigram-----that day had come from Writers’ Building naming the officers who issued it.The GDE also mentions the apprehension of the officer(Roy Chowdhury)on the move.Two days after the GDE was filed,this bridge were used by armed CPM cadres to mount an onslaught on Nandigram to free it from the Trinamul-led BUPC’s stranglehold.Roy Chowhury said,”I am serving police officer.I am not authorized to speak to the media.”

 

The role of police in the November 2007 bloodbath in Nandigram has come under the scanner with the CID looking where the Mamata Banerjee government thinks it will find the trigger behind the firing.

The investigators are scanning police records to figure out how some officers allegedly took decisions to favour the ruling Left, even as they carry on with their probe on the role of CPM leaders like Lakshman Seth, Ashoke Guria & others.

This incident once again proves that how brutal the communists are… It also proves the so called killer nexus between then rulers and the administration. Then chief minister Buddhadeb who is not at all less than Hitler in his killing & ruling ability not even speared any good police officer like Mr. Champak Roy Choudhury if not abide by party (CPIM) order.

This is a major blow to the CPM since another party strongman, Sushanta Ghosh, is in the dock for the murder of seven Trinamool Congress activists in Garbeta, West Midnapore after recovery of their skeletons.. But the question is how long their Sardar (chief) Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee will not be caught?? If you follow both these mass killing incident & also Singur plus Chota Angaria killing etc in all cases crime was done by local CPIM leaders with the help of administration and specially police forces, and then chief minister cum police minister was Buddha himself… Also in a regimented party like CPIM it is hard to believe that without the knowledge of top leaders these massive incident can be carried out… So Buddhadeb & Biman Bose both are involved in planning & execution of these mass murders!!

In Lokpal issue some latest developments shows Indian Parliament (Loksabha & Rajyasabha) is supreme and "Anna Hazare" & his "India Against Corruption" can't controlled our democracy from street or ground, also Trinamool Congress (TMC) 's stand proves correct.

In last week of 2011 some important developments take place in Lokpal issue.

The government’s version of the Lokpal Bill was passed with a voice vote in Lok Sabha on Tuesday, 27^th Dec’11.

      Facing a cold response to his dharna politics in Mumbai, anti corruption activist Anna Hazare called off the three-day fast and the jail bharo movement on Wednesday, 28^th Dec’11.     

On 29^th Dec’11, Mamata Banerjee & her Trinamool Congress has once again forced the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) & others to accept its demand to delete the Lokayukta clause from the Lokpal Bill being debated in the Rajya Sabha.

Actually we all wants India without corruption but for that our elected representatives are debating at our parliament, also I salute Annaji for his fight against corruption but lately he became puppet in the hand of few persons who has some vested interests and he tried to became second “Gandhiji” of India and thus tried to dicted our parliament what is not accepted by peoples of India as a result we saw empty MMRDA ground during Annaji’s fast.

This low turnout was a proof of Hazare's decreasing popularity in spite of back door support by Bampanthi (Lefts) & Rampanthi (BJP). It’s barely a day old and is already being dubbed a “flop show.” A few thousand showed up at the MMRDA grounds at Mumbai, a scarce 500 rallied in Delhi, and an embarrassing 29 fasted in Chennai and in Kolkata they can’t even able to organized this event.

Hazare and his team decided to stick to their opposition to the Congress-led UPA government despite the ruling combine having taken forward the lokpal, judicial accountability and whistleblowers bills separately that figured in Team Anna's wish list.

Significantly, they refrained from criticizing the BJP, SP and the BSP, which opposed various provisions of the bill in Parliament on 27^th Dec’11.

When asked why he and his team were not criticizing the BJP, Hazare left the press conference in a huff.

Earlier he gave a deadline to parliament to pass Lokpal bill and also he tries to dicted parliament for his version of Lokpal bill.

Clearly these things have given wrong signal about Annaji also in last few months several corruption and charges have risen against his team.

Also as per our constitution parliament is the place for making laws of our country and our elected representatives are there to make it. This things may take time but this is the right way in a parliamentary democracy… laws should be made at parliament not in the street or ground… and it should be made by elected representatives only not by the self declared guardians of society.

Another significant thing is TRINAMOOL CONGRESS (TMC) ‘s stand to keep our federal structure intact.

Participating in the debate on the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Bill, 2011, at Rajyasabha Sukhendu Sekhar Roy said, "party leader (Mamata Banerjee) has directed us to oppose the bill to the extent" it seeks to encroach on autonomy of the states.

He said the party has moved amendments to delete the clauses (63 to 97) of the bill, which deal with setting up of the lokayukutas in the states.

"I would request the government to delete chapter three (related to Lokayukutas) in its entirety," Roy said.

TMC has six members in the Upper House where the UPA does not have a majority.

Roy said the bill in its original form did not have the provision relating to the lokayukutas.

"Suddenly and surprisingly it became lokpal/lokayukutas," he said, adding finance minister Pranab Mukherjee, conveying the 'sense of the House' on August 27, had asked whether states would want separate law for the ombudsman.

Roy said the TMC was with the government, but its opposition was to the extent of the lokpal bill seeking to encroach states' autonomy.

He said TMC is opposing the bill on merit and the party did not join the 'jamboree outside where vaampanthi (Left) and rampanthi (BJP-RSS)' joined hands.

He said even before parliamentary Standing Committee, which went into the bill, several eminent jurists had suggested preserving states' autonomy.

Please remember that Trinamool also support corruption free India and it is the only major party in India which doesn’t have any corruption charges against them.
