“SHAME ON YOU BUDDHADEB, BIMAN, AND W.B. POLICE AND CID”

I am proud to be Indian but shame to be West Bengal’s resident as in W.B. there is no law & order is prevailing.

The ruling left front government with there goons (Harmads) and with the help of police (as CM who is also police minister, is directing them as per his party wish) is doing atrocity (see my earlier post) and now as a result this Indian state has become totally unsafe after sunset and became hell after sunset!!

On 14^th Feb’11 evening a girl was coming back to her residence through VIP zone of a district HQ town with his brother when some drunken boys started molesting her. When his brother a Class X student protested  this he was stabbed to death by a group that pursued his sister, sprinkled alcohol on her and pounced on the protesting boy, unchallenged by armed guards in a district magistrate’s bungalow less than 100 meters away despite the girl thumping on the gates and pleading for help.

When Rinku, 23, started running back to her brother, Rajib’s limp body was being carted by a rickshaw van. The van-puller and its lone passenger had found him lying on the edge of Kachhari Maidan, the backyard of the homes of top North 24-Parganas officials that turns into a den of drunks and drug addicts after darkness.

“My brother wouldn’t have had to die if the police came to my help,” the girl said.

This is not an exceptional incident lots of similar incident is happening in West Bengal .

In fact now the state administration is totally collapsed as the main leader of Harmads is Mr.Budhdhadeb who is using state administration only for his party’s betterment and to retain power.

In my earlier post (please see Again CPIM’s Police & Harmad’s jointly started Atrocity at Jungalmahal )  I have written how police is used against opposition and reporters. Now when reporters was bitten police says they were attaked but medical report suggested there was no injury to any police.

So it is clear that police was forcefully preventing the reporters to hide the truth.. and all these are happening with the directive of Budhdhadeb (CM) and Biman (ruling left front chairman).

So again I am saying “SHAME ON YOU BUDHADEB, BIMAN, AND W.B. POLICE”

Today morning only I posted this blog that there is no law and order in West Bengal and here police only sees ruling party’s interest and in afternoon Kolkata High Court says not only State police but even CID also sees CPIM’s interest.

Voicing dissatisfaction with the CID probe into the


Netai firing, the Calcutta High Court today directed


the West Bengal government to hand over to CBI,


the investigation into the January 7 incident, in


which nine people died.

A division Bench, comprising Chief Justices J N Patel


and Ashim Kumar Roy, directed the CID to hand


over all documents relating to the investigation as


well as the two accused, who were in its custody, to


the central agency.

The order also said that the Court had concluded that “the State CID may not be able to discharge its functions fairly and impartially”. During the hearing, Justice Patel asked Advocate-General Balai Chandra Ray that since the local committee of the CPI(M) at Lalgarh was implicated in the incident, why had all the members not been interrogated by the CID. Questions about the procurement of arms and ammunition by the residents of the camp were also raised.

Earlier in this case  Kolkata high court said following things on 19^th Jan’11:

“No civilized

society governed by the rule of law can tolerate

such incident and we have no hesitation to come

to the conclusion that the State has failed to

protect their human and fundamental right to life

and personal liberty.”

STILL THIS HARMAD GOVERNMENT AND THERE SUPPORTER HAS NO SHAME.. THEY ARE STILL DEFENDING THEMSELF.. And goes to Supreme Court against this order!!
Edited on 17/3/11: And Just Now Supreme Court also rejected Buddha's Govt appeal!! Still Buddha has no shame!!

In a setback to the West Bengal government, the Supreme Court today dismissed its plea against a Calcutta High Court order for a CBI probe into the massacre of nine villagers in Netai in Lalgarh in January.
A Bench of justices G S Singhvi and A K Ganguly refused to interfere with the High Court's order saying, "It doesn't suffer from any infirmity."


The state government had challenging the High Court's order transferring the probe from state CID to the CBI, claiming the direction had "political overtones".

SHAME ON YOU W.B'S COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT AND THERE CADARES!!

WEST BENGAL IS NOW FIGHTING FREEDOM STRUGGLE FROM THIS COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT AND VERY SOON W.B. WILL GET FREEDOM... IN 2011 BENGAL'S SIGNAL WILL CHANGE TO GREEN FROM RED!!
