Bengal Law and Order situation: What is the present scenario & where it is going wrong in respect of communal tension/clashes & rape cases.

Fact is criminals and rapists have no religion & law should be same for all, also more you want to suppress the truth about crime the more it will hit you back.**

That’s exactly where present Trinamool Congress (TMC) government is doing mistake as a result in spite of being one of the most peaceful & safe state for all, Bengal is now projected as a communal tension-full state by opposition parties and by Leftist plus Saffronic media.

Let me accept frankly from Park Street to Jamuria (via Kamduni) few incidents of rape cases are really some rare black spot on Mamata Banerjee headed TMC ruled West Bengal and majority of accused in these incidents are Muslims.
Above all West Bengal Police and West Bengal Government initially did some mistake by not taking strict action and by trying to suppressing the facts.

Although these are very rare and stray incident compare to almost 5years rule of TMC Govt in West Bengal which is having more than 9cr population (8% of total India’s population) but it has put bad image of West Bengal more due to Leftist & Saffronic #Presstitute media projected it with lots of exhortation and adding lots of spices in it. Above all few loose statements from some political leaders added more Color in to these incidents.

Let me also admit apart from these rape cases unfortunately some very low intentional communal tension cases had also happened in West Bengal, under Mamata Banerjee’s last 5years peaceful ruling in West Bengal.

Here very important fact is compare to national scenario these are very nominal during this period and
in West Bengal no one has died in communal clashes during Mamata Banerjee’s tenure so far.

But due to two reasons (**) which I already mentioned, these incidents are projected in a much bigger way.

For example Malda (Kaliachak) communal clash, there were hardly 12000 to 14000 Muslim protesters but media showed it as 2.5Lc angry & violent mob.
Apart from some stone throwing incident no violent incidents of communal clashes happened are but Saffronic media reported that lots of houses and temples are vandalised. Not a single person died but some media reported even deaths. Please note firing police station & BSF vehicles is not a communal violence it’s a protest against administration.

In Malda (Kaliachak) riot main problem was West Bengal Government and Police wanted to hide this incident totally which became boomerang.

Same thing is happening in Jamuria (Asansole) today; where one rape & murder case is getting Color due to callas administration as they tried to stop Local MP Union Minister Babul Supriyo from visiting the place by sitting section 144. Firstly police refused to register missing diary of a Hindu girl who was allegedly abducted & raped by some Muslim boys thereafter they’re doing this act which is bringing total media attention to Jamuria unnecessarily.

As I told that criminals have no religion/cast & more you suppress the fact more it will become boomerang for you; this is exactly what happened with TMC.
Hope Trinamool Congress will realize and correct these aspects as early as possible.

Foot Note: I knew it that my TMC friend & my BJP friend both will be disappointed with my this article but as I told in top & cleared in twitter (@KOLLEO) that for me #IndiaFirst & truth are the priority.

Once upon a time (Part – 2) an English Poem written by Saroop Chattopadhyay in 2002 after finalizing Ruby as his life partner.

                                        Once upon a time – 2
Written by Saroop Chattopadhyay in 2002 after finalizing Ruby as his life partner.

Once upon a time when

I was searching for life partner,

I found lots of glittering gold

And became blind with the glitter

Once upon a time when I was blind

I heard some sweet music of jewels,

But when the music became rumpus

                        I became confused.

Once upon a time when I was confused

                        To select the most specious

Thing of my life,

                        I became worried.

Suddenly I found a red Ruby

This was lying far away from me,

Somehow I realized it was only for me and placed it in my heart

With the hope that we will never be apart.

100 Netaji Files declassified By PM Sri Narendra Modi Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s secret Files Declassification & Netaji’s role in some important international events (like Vietnam War, Tashkent Treaty etc) even after 1945. Also what happened to Netaji Bose, Lal Bahadur Shastri & Azad Hind Bank’s (INA’s) treasury?? Was Gumnami Baba & Netaji was same person??

Edited on 23rd January 2016 on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's 120th Birthday:

Today January 23, 2016 is a historical day as the Indian Government begins the process of declassification of Netaji papers as PM Narendra Modi has declassified total 100 secret Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose files & started the process of Declassification.
The TMC government in West Bengal released 64 files on 18th September 2015. These files pertain to Sarat Chandra Bose, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, members of the Bose family, Indian National Army (INA) officials, Congress leaders and friends who were kept under surveillance by the Congress government for a couple of decades after independence, from 1948 to 1968.

This declassification is a result of declassification movement by many individuals, activists and organizations, who have been fighting for many years. The governments since independence, not only suppressed all facts, but also ensured that the true history of the Indian freedom struggle does not reach the people.

To know more details about how declassification is finally achieved please read following article:

Netaji Files Declassification: From Deeclassification movement, Mission Netaji & Mamta Banerjee to Narendra Modi. But truth must come out WHAT HAPPENED TO NETAJI..

But as an activists since long (although I'm not a publicity savvy like some of my colleagues) cum freelance journalist I can’t deny some proven facts which are as follows:

1). Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Bose in Vietnam War:

Claimed Facts (raw):
* Secret meeting between Bose, Ho Chi Minh and Chinese general Liu-Po-Cheng on 19th August 1945. (day after air-crash)
* War correspondent Mr. Alfred Wagg sighted Bose at Saigon (beyong data of air-crash)
* Some papers talking about Bose being sighted in ari-port in France in late sixties.

2). Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was also seen at Tashkent with Lal Bahadur Shastri during signing of Tashkent treaty.

The face mapping shows man with Lal Bahadur Shastri at Tashkent could be none other than Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

A forensic face-mapping report submitted by a British expert, which is yet to be wholly ascertained, has found strong resemblance between a man – sharing space with the former prime minister Lal Bahadur Shastri  in a photograph clicked in Tashkent – and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Neil Miller, who has presented expert opinion in cases at UK high courts and the International Court of Justice in Hague, as saying that the face mapping of the mystery man seen in the Tashkent "lends support leaning on strong support to the contention that the person seen in the picture and Subhas Chandra Bose are one and the same person".
The face-mapping report may also revive controversies surrounding the sudden demise of Shastri in Tashkent in 1966.
Some researchers believe maybe Lal Bahadur Shastri died as he became aware of true story of India’s independent and Nehru’s ill-act.
3). Mystery of Netaji's missing treasure (Azad Hind Bank/ INA ‘s treasury):
Secret government papers reveal Nehru was told of Bose's missing war chest of 100kg in gold and jewels, but former PM failed to order a probe.
On January 29, 1945, Indian residents of Rangoon, the capital of Japanese- occupied-Burma, held a grand week-long ceremony. It was the 48th birthday of Netaji, the head of the provisional government of the Azad Hind. Netaji was weighted against gold, “somewhat to his distaste”, Hugh Toye notes in his biography The Springing Tiger: The Indian National Army and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Over Rs 2 crore worth of donations were collected that week, including more than 80 kg of gold. Netaji had raised the largest war chest by any Indian leader in the 20th century. But by 1945, this was to no avail as the Japanese army and the INA crumpled in the face of a resurgent Allied thrust into Burma. Netaji retreated to Bangkok on April 24, 1945, carrying with him the treasury of the provisional government.

There are conflicting accounts on how much gold he took. Dinanath, chairman of the Azad Hind Bank interrogated by British intelligence soon after the war, said Netaji left with 63.5 kg of gold.
The Indian government (more specifically greedy Jawaharlal Nehru & Congress party) became interested in the INA treasure only four years later, in May 1951, when diplomat, K.K. Chettur, headed the Indian liaison mission in Tokyo - as India was yet to establish full-fledged diplomatic relations with Japan. Chettur noted with dismay the return of Ayer. He was now a director of publicity with the government of Bombay state. Now, seven years later, Ayer was going back to Tokyo on what he claimed was a holiday but actually with a secret agenda.

Thereafter  some reports said Nehru brought hundreds of trunk loaded with Gold & money but no specific document and proves are available.
4) Death of Alexander Litvineko:

As per Washington Post’s news it’s now confirmed that Putin implicated in fatal poisoning of former KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko at London hotel in 2006. The weapons of choice: one teacup and one massive dose of a rare nuclear isotope, polonium.

5) Gumnami Baba (Bhagwanji):

There are enough reasons to believe Gumnami Baba or Bhagwanji was Netaji Himself.

Forensic evidence, based on the teeth recovered from Bhagwanji’s assets and handwriting – both English and Bangla – were examined by a top expert and said to be a match.

Dr. Priyabrat Bannerjee was one of those 13 who saw Bhagwanji alias Gumnami Baba on his last journey.  He was – along with his family – in touch with Bhagwanji in his last years, after Saraswati Devi had come looking for his father Dr. TC Bannerjee – a Homeopathic doctor – to take care of a patient who wanted to remain anonymous.  In this video, Dr. Priyabrat Bannerjee explains the meetings with Bhagwanji and why he – and his family are convinced that Bhagwanji was indeed Netaji Subhash Bose himself.

Many prominent people in India have stated publicly from time to time about the existence of Netaji as a sanyasi and Bhagwanji specifically.  The most important of them being Ms. Leela Roy, a close associate of Netaji.  She was in regular touch with Bhagwanji as her letters to him and his letters back to her show.  Based on the letters from the property of Bhagwanji, the following comes out clearly.

Justice M K Mukherjee, the former Supreme Court judge who led the Justice Mukherjee Commission Investigation (JMCI) into the mystery of Netaji’s life and death, made a remark in Bengali off-the-camera, though the camera was inadvertantly recording.  He said that “he is 100 per cent sure” that Bhagwanji of Faizabad was Netaji in disguise. This clip is from Times Now and was provided by filmmaker Amlan Ghosh, who captured Justice Mukherjee’s off the record comment

Conclusions:

It’s clear that Netaji wasn’t died in Taihaku air crash on 18th August 1945.
Netaji was very much active and took lead role in several important international developments thereafter.

Both Lal Bahadur Shastri & Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose may not die a natural death; to cover-up a larger conspiracy and to loot Azad Hind Bank’s money they maybe murdered by poisoning or something short of that or it may be Bhagwanji was Netaji himself; but what compelled him to remain in disguise??

Now for rest I’m keeping my fingers crossed until more evidence come out by declassification or by further investigations.

পাহাড় (Mountain) বাংলা কবিতা (Bangla Kobita) --- স্বরূপ চট্টপাধ্যায় A Bengali poem by Saroop Chattopadhyay, where Mountain-Fountain-River-Earthquake is related/associated with life

      পাহাড় (Mountain)

  --স্বরূপ চট্টপাধ্যায়

(A Bengali poem by Saroop Chattopadhyay)
